Please provide your hotel details or, for cruise passengers, your ship name and arrival time at least 3 days before the tour. We will arrange the required port entry permit to collect you directly from the cruise terminal (subject to port authority approval, usually issued 24–48 hours before arrival). If the permit is not granted, our office executive will meet you at the port exit gate with a name placard. Driver and office executive contact details will be shared one day prior to the tour.
