Partner terms

These terms are an agreement between Joy TKT LLC, a company registered in Egypt under number 52107, with its registered address at Sheraton Street, Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt ("Joy TKT", "we", "us"), and every operator selling tours, activities or transfers through joytkt.com ("you"). You accept them when you submit your partner application, and they continue for as long as your account is open.

The arrangement

You run the experiences. Joy TKT lists them, brings travellers, takes their payment, issues the voucher and passes you the booking with everything you need for the day. You remain the operator of record and are responsible for running each experience safely, lawfully and as described.

Joy TKT sells your experiences as your agent. The contract for the experience itself is between you and the traveller; Joy TKT concludes it on your behalf and takes the traveller's payment for you. This matches the booking terms travellers accept.

Commission and payment

• Joy TKT keeps a commission on the retail price of every booking it brings you. Your rate is shown when you accept these terms and on your operator portal; the standard rate for a new operator is 25%.
• There are no listing fees and no monthly charges.
• Your payout is worked out from the full retail price of the booking. Discounts, loyalty points and refund credit that Joy TKT gives its travellers come out of Joy TKT's own share, never yours.
• Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account you give us, monthly or twice a month as you choose, covering trips already completed, with a statement listing every booking.
• The prices you set are the prices travellers pay, including all taxes. You account for the VAT or other tax due on the services you supply and on your own income, and you issue any invoice for them. Joy TKT's commission is its fee for selling your experiences.

Your listings

• Everything on a listing must be true: what is included, what is not, where it starts, how long it lasts, what it costs, and any age, health or equipment requirement.
• Only use photographs you own or have the right to use. You give Joy TKT permission to show them on the site and in its marketing while you sell with us.
• Joy TKT reviews each listing before it goes live and again when you change it, usually within two working days. We can decline or pause a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe or unlawful.
• Keep your availability and prices current. A booking the site accepts is a booking you must honour.

Running the experiences

• Hold the licences, permits and insurance your work requires, keep them valid, and send us the renewals. We may pause your listings while a required document is missing or expired.
• Use vehicles, boats and equipment that are roadworthy, seaworthy and maintained, with the crew and guides the law requires.
• Send pickup times in good time and be there. If you cannot run a departure, tell Joy TKT immediately — never the traveller alone.
• You cannot cancel a confirmed booking yourself. Ask Joy TKT, with a reason, and a person decides; the traveller is refunded by Joy TKT.

Travellers' details

You receive the lead traveller's name, phone number, party, pickup address and notes so you can run the trip. Use them for that booking and nothing else: no marketing, no passing them on, no keeping them after you no longer need them. Travellers' email addresses stay private, and messages go through Joy TKT's relay. Taking bookings directly from a traveller Joy TKT introduced, for the same trip, is not allowed.

Reviews

Travellers review you in their own words after they travel. You can reply publicly; you cannot remove a review. We remove reviews that are abusive, untrue or not about the experience.

Suspension and ending the arrangement

Either of us can end this arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Bookings already taken must still be honoured, and payouts for completed trips are still made. We may suspend your listings immediately where there is a safety risk, a missing licence, repeated cancellations, fraud, or a serious breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.

Liability between us

You are responsible for the experiences you run and for claims arising from them, and you keep insurance that covers them. Joy TKT is responsible for the platform, the payments it takes and the payouts it makes.

You will cover Joy TKT against claims, costs and losses that arise from an experience you run, from content you supply, or from a breach of these terms by you or your staff. Joy TKT will cover you against claims that arise from a failure of its platform or of its handling of payments. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss or for lost profits, except in the case of fraud or where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes to these terms

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change to these terms takes effect, unless the law requires a change sooner. If you do not accept a change, you can end the arrangement before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Hurghada have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
