Joy TKTについて

Joy TKT is an online marketplace where travellers book tours, activities, and airport or hotel transfers run by independent local operators, wherever in the world they are travelling. This page explains who runs Joy TKT and how the marketplace works. It does not replace the booking terms, the cancellation policy or the privacy notice, which govern your booking and your data.

1. Who we are

Joy TKT is operated by Joy TKT LLC, a company registered in Egypt under company number 52107, with its registered address at Sheraton Street, Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt. More than 30 people work at Joy TKT.

2. What we do

We bring travellers to local operators, wherever they are. You book on Joy TKT, pay once, and get a voucher with everything on it: where to be, when, what is included and who is coming to get you. The operator gets your booking with the details they need for the day, and we handle the payment, the paperwork and the questions in between.

Joy TKT sells individual travel services — a single tour, activity or transfer — not combined travel packages. If you book more than one service through us for the same trip, each booking remains a separate contract with its own operator, and the protection that applies to packages under EU and UK law does not apply to it.

3. Who runs your experience

Every tour, activity and transfer on Joy TKT is run by a local operator. Operators set their own prices and their own cancellation terms, run their own boats, vehicles and guides, and are the supplier responsible for the service you book, including the licences it needs where it works and the insurance for the trips it runs.

Joy TKT sells as agent for the operator. Your contract for the tour, activity or transfer itself is with the operator; Joy TKT is the marketplace that connects you and takes payment on the operator's behalf, and it does not run the tour, transfer or activity itself. The price you pay includes all taxes: the operator accounts for the VAT or other tax due on the service it supplies and issues any invoice for it. Joy TKT charges the operator a commission for each booking.

4. What you can count on

• The price is the price. The price shown before you pay includes everything listed; nothing is added at checkout.
• Free cancellation on many experiences. Each operator sets its own deadline, and it is always shown before you pay. See the cancellation policy.
• A person on the other end. Message the operator from your booking, and Joy TKT steps in when it needs to.
• Points on every trip. Joy Points come back to your Joy Wallet and pay towards the next one.

5. Where we work

Joy TKT started on the Red Sea — Hurghada, El Gouna, Makadi, Soma Bay, Safaga, Sahl Hasheesh, Marsa Alam and Sharm El Sheikh — selling day trips from there to Luxor, Cairo and the desert. We now list experiences beyond Egypt, travellers anywhere in the world can book through Joy TKT, and new destinations open as operators join us.

6. Your booking, in law

Because the operator supplies the tour, transfer or activity you book, the operator is responsible for running it safely and as described, and for the licences and insurance it needs to do so. Joy TKT's own responsibility, and the limits on it, are set out in the booking terms, which are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and subject to the courts of Hurghada. If you are a consumer, nothing on this page or in the booking terms removes the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Bookings for a leisure activity on a specific date, such as most experiences sold on Joy TKT, are usually not covered by the right to cancel within 14 days that applies to other online purchases. The cancellation policy explains what applies instead.

9. Run an experience?

If you operate tours, transfers or activities, you can sell them on Joy TKT. There are no listing fees, you keep your own portal to manage bookings, and you are paid out on the full retail price of every booking, less the commission set out in the partner terms. Operator support: [email protected].
